About The Acquisition
In 2020 Munster Services Group acquired PowerME Pty Ltd, an Australian owned company, to support Munster Services Group strategic company growth initiatives, and increase the diverse capacity, and capabilities of the Group. The company values, philosophies, and client centric focus were very much in alignment from the outset ensuring that our customers remain the centre of our business philosophy, operations, and ideas.
The Managing Director of PowerMe, and a number of key staff members have already transitioned over to Munster from the start of 2021. Transitioning staff is part of Munster’s commitment to maintaining “Business As Usual” for the PowerMe clients but under a new company name. The acquisition will only improve, and increase the level of service clients have received to date. The team will now be supported by a much larger field staff, and back office staff. Clients now have access to an organisation fully ISO accredited in Safety, Quality, and Environment. The combined buying power of both company’s ensure Munster can offer more competitive solutions to our clients.
The management of Munster Services Group are excited at the expansion of its electrical division through this acquisition, and look forward to PowerMe clients becoming Munster clients throughout 2021.

About PowerME
PowerME Pty Ltd is a privately-owned business that specialised in mechanical, and electro technology solutions. They provided automation, instrumentation, controls, and communications procurement, construction, and management services throughout Australia, and the Asia Pacific regions.
PowerME operated in the industrial market sectors including the mining, and minerals, oil, and gas, power, water, processing, materials handling, manufacturing, food, and beverage, and automotive industries.
The PowerME Head Office was based in Yatala where their project teams for technical, and administrative support assisted their fully scalable, transportable, and mobile field operations based at either regional or remote sites, offices or workshops.

PowerME Divisions
PowerME Mining Pty Ltd was the mining, and minerals division of PowerME Pty Ltd that specialised in all areas of mechanical, and electro technology solutions throughout Australia, and the Asia Pacific regions.
PowerME Pacific Pty Ltd was the overseas division of PowerME Pty Ltd. PowerME Pacific specialised in all areas of mechanical, and electro technology solutions throughout South East Asia, PNG, Solomon Islands, and Central Africa.
PowerMe Services provided consultation, and construction services for café, restaurants, and food kiosk, retail front, and office fit out, and small projects.
All the PowerMe divisions are now operating as Munster Services Group under a Business As Usual commitment.
